What you'll do:

As an HRBP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's human resources. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the business through execution of comprehensive HR functions, providing leadership, addressing employee queries, and aligning HR priorities with regional and global strategies. Your commitment to developing and implementing people strategy will be key in driving the success of our client's retail operations.

  • Support the business through execution of end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation benefits
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure area of responsibility is appropriately organised
  • Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations, as well as other relevant topics
  • Execute HR priorities aligning with region and global people strategy
  • Maintain and enhance the organisation’s human resources by developing and implementing people strategy

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HRBP Lead role brings a wealth of experience from the retail industry, specifically within global or multinational companies. Your proven track record as an HRBP demonstrates your ability to manage stakeholders effectively while maintaining excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English. Your knowledge of local Employment and Labour law will be crucial in this role.

  • At least 10 years of relevant HR experience in the retail and/or FMCG industries in global or multinational companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Psychology or any relevant fields
  • Proven track record as HRBP in global companies with matrix reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
  • Good knowledge of local Employment and Labour law
