Our client, a leading player in the Financial Technology sector, is seeking a VP of People to join their dynamic People and Culture team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and maintain the development and execution of HR Strategies that align with organisational goals. What you'll do:

As the VP of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our client's organisation. You will lead the development and execution of HR strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with executive leadership to define long-term goals, providing data-driven insights, designing robust talent management frameworks, managing competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance across all HR functions, establishing key performance indicators for HR, and developing comprehensive employer branding strategies.

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and requirements across all HR functions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for HR.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive employer branding strategies.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of People role brings a wealth of experience in end-to-end HR matters. With at least 10 years of proven experience under your belt, you have operated effectively within senior/executive management teams. You possess a growth mindset, are a team player, self-starter, enthusiastic about people, and have a strong understanding of employer branding. Your ability to analyse data is second to none. Experience utilising Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is essential for this role as is good knowledge of employment procedures/labor laws.

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of proven HR experience in end-to-end HR matter.
  • Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
  • Proven track record in HR Leadership position within Financial Technology companies
  • Growth mindset, teamwork, self-starter attitude.
  • Strong ability to analyze, understand data.
  • Good knowledge of employment procedures/labor laws.
