What you'll do:

As the Senior HR Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the organisation. You will be responsible for building a well-resourced, competent, and credible HR function over time. Your role will also involve creating and implementing structured training plans for managers and employees. Additionally, you will manage total rewards, manpower planning, mobility, employee engagement, and HRIS implementation.

  • Broad experience in all aspects of Human Resources

  • High level of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
  • Experience in the agriculture sector is an advantage
