Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource & General Affairs Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the company's success, providing leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical Human Resource initiatives. What you'll do:
As a Human Resource & General Affairs Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's success. You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining excellent employees, developing them through tailored training programs based on talent management. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. You will also manage general affairs/administration functions, ensuring the security of the company's assets and premises. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build rapport at all levels within the company.
- Develop employees through training/education program based on talent management.
- Establish consistent HR policies, regulations and procedures that align with the Company’s core values.
- Oversee the review and recommendation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits for employees.
- Manage monthly payroll.
- Manage Performance Management / assessment system.
- Maintain strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and time management skills.
- Manage maintenance of fixed assets/facility.
- Manage work safety and health.
- Manage security of the Company’s assets and premises.
- Manage risk management activities: Legal affairs (law & regulations, business licenses, compliance) and Business sustainability (dealer/supplier risk, disaster, etc.)
What you bring:
As a Human Resource & General Affairs Manager, you bring a wealth of experience in all Human Resources functions including generalist experience. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in human resources, including 3 years in a managerial position / assistant manager level at a Japanese manufacturing company, you have proven knowledge of HR policies, Labor Law and practices in Indonesia. Your strong project management skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
