This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations, managing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring legal compliance, and nurturing a positive working environment.

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by developing efficient recruitment solutions, managing operational HR tasks, identifying compliance matters, handling policy matters affecting manpower planning, creating a high-performance culture through effective performance management processes, conducting salary benchmarking, driving executive engagement initiatives, innovating HR practices, mapping out learning needs, managing workforce planning, and collaborating with regional HR counterparts.
- Develop efficient recruitment solutions and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Manage operational HR including maintenance of employee statistics, HR metrics, reporting, and payroll management.
- Identify all HR related compliance matters and develop a monitoring system for ongoing obligations.
- Responsible for policy matters affecting manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and performance reviews.
- Create a high-performance culture by implementing effective performance management processes.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and develop a compensation structure.
- Drive initiatives for the engagement and retention of executives.
- Innovate and improve HR practices while creating relevant policies and procedures.
- Responsible for mapping out learning needs and implementing training programs.
- Manage workforce planning to align strategies with business priorities.
- Work closely with regional HR counterparts to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
