This role offers the opportunity to handle a full spectrum of HR and Administration functions, including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Office Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring HR operations are compliant with corporate and legal requirements, handling recruitment activities from approval to onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, administering staff benefits plans, and coordinating staff social activities.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the workforce of the organisation. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing all aspects of HR operations from manpower planning to performance management. Your role will involve handling recruitment activities end-to-end - from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate employee records for management review and data analysis. Additionally, you will administer staff benefit plans and organise staff social activities to foster a positive work environment. Your role will also extend to office administration tasks such as managing office supplies and facilities.

  • Ensure HR operations are in compliance with corporate and legal requirements
  • Handle recruitment activities from approval, sourcing, interview, offer, contract to onboarding
  • Perform data-entry, update and ensure accurate employees' records are maintained in HRIS (Payroll2U) for management’s review and data analysis
  • Perform monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy and compliance in accordance with local legal requirements
  • Administer & follow-up staff movement and staff benefit plans including Medical, Insurance, Pension schemes
  • Organise & coordinate staff social activities
  • Assist in preparing costing, budgeting and forecasting for Management Review
  • Handle office administration including office licenses, office supplies, office facilities and filing system to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as needed

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager role will bring a wealth of HR and Administration experience to the table. With at least six years of experience in the field, including three years in a managerial position, you will be well-versed in all aspects of HR operations. Your comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and labor laws will be crucial in ensuring compliance with corporate and legal requirements. Your proficiency in English and MS Office, coupled with your attention to detail, will enable you to maintain accurate employee records and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Your ability to work independently, strong analytical skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines will set you apart.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business or any relevant field
  • At least 6 years of working experience in HR & Admin role, of which at least 3 years in managerial position
  • Ability to handle daily HR & Administration operations independently
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge
  • Proficiency in written & spoken Bahasa and English
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and HR Policies and general compliances
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Teamwork & co-operates within the group and across groups
