An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join an industry-leading organisation. This role is integral to the South East Asia and APAC Business Partner Organisation, reporting directly to the Senior HR Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing labour legislation, administering benefits at a country level, supporting compensation package benchmarking, and assisting in key HR processes such as bonus and merit increase cycles. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute significantly to the success of the organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for reviewing labour legislation, ensuring that employment practices are up-to-date, administering benefits at a country level, supporting compensation package benchmarking, assisting in key HR processes such as bonus and merit increase cycles, among other responsibilities. Your ability to connect with various stakeholders, coupled with your collaborative spirit, will enable you to excel in this role.

  • Review labour legislation and ensure update of employment practices and employee handbook in the country
  • Administer benefits at a country level
  • Support compensation package benchmarking for new hires/promotion/equity increases cases
  • Drive internal benchmark and external benchmarking supported from HRBP / co-operate with HRBP Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) and deliver within the deadline
  • Participate or support counselling / discipline / grievance procedure investigation onsite (if applicable)
  • Work with HR Ops Payroll team and Country Finance (benefits in kind) for seamless information and payroll
  • Assist in onsite internal and external HR audit, working closely with HR Ops Payroll
  • Train and guide local managers and employees in key HR processes in local language
  • Track training records and assist in registration of external local country offering

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager role will bring a wealth of HR experience, a can-do attitude, and a detail-oriented approach. You will have excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and be highly familiar with Indonesian labour laws and legislations. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with at least five years of full spectrum HR work experience in multinational companies environment. Your ability to connect with various stakeholders, coupled with your collaborative spirit, will enable you to excel in this role.

  • A can-do attitude, detailed oriented and hardworking
  • Good proficiency in English and Bahasa (both spoken and written)
  • High familiarity with Indonesia labour laws and legislations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business or its related field
  • At least five years of related full spectrum HR work experience in multinational companies
  • Hands on, self-motivated and can work with utmost confidentiality and trust
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and strong ability to connect with various stakeholders
  • Experience in Mercer benchmarking work experience is highly preferred
