What you'll do:

As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources and general affairs functions within our client's multinational manufacturing company. You will be responsible for developing strategies that align with the company's goals while enhancing employee engagement and performance through effective HR policies. Your role will also involve providing support activities such as managing office inventory, handling legal documents, overseeing licenses/permits, and implementing office regulations. Furthermore, you will formulate HR policies that foster positive employer relationships and create initiatives around recruitment, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition, career development, succession planning, employee discipline and welfare.

  • Manage human resources and general affairs function within the company
  • Develop and implement strategies and structures that align with company goals
  • Monitor HR policies and procedures across all departments to enhance employee engagement and performance
  • Provide support activities such as office inventory management, legal document handling, licenses/permits, and office regulations
  • Formulate HR policies and practices that establish positive employer relationships
  • Create HR initiatives pertaining to recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, rewards, career development, succession planning, employee discipline and welfare

What you bring:

To succeed in this Senior HR Manager role, you must bring a wealth of experience from your previous roles in multinational organisations. With at least 15 years of experience under your belt, you should have developed a deep understanding of the human resources role and its responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources from a reputable university is required for this position. Additionally, being well-versed in Indonesian laws related to human resources and legal operations is crucial. Fluency in English is also essential for this role.
