What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy within our organisation. You will work closely with managers to develop this strategy through the execution of HR processes. Your role will involve understanding the overall business strategy and aligning it with our people strategy. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing talent within your team. As part of your role you will represent HR within the business by establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. You will also facilitate change management initiatives across your area of responsibility.

  • Determine and deliver the best approach in area of responsibility
  • Execute HR priorities while adding value to the business
  • Align with region and global people strategy, adapting them to the local context
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organised, staffed, skilled, and directed
  • Represent HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees
  • Support the business in executing HR Processes including Culture/Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, People Reviews, Succession Planning, Capability & Workforce Planning, Career Pathing, Leadership and Functional Competency Assessments / Development, Organization Design (including HCM), Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Values in Action, Learning & Development, People Performance, Executive Compensation, Employee Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Labor Relations, People Analytics, Onboarding, and Policy/Procedure Administration
  • Facilitate success of change management initiatives across area of responsibility
  • Ensure all employees understand Safety and Integrity standards and act accordingly

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner Lead role will bring a wealth of experience in HR processes and strategy development. You will have proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes including Talent Acquisition, People Reviews, Succession Planning etc. Your ability to facilitate change management initiatives will be crucial in this role. You will also have experience in establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. Your skills in coaching, motivating, and developing talent will be highly valued.
