What you'll do:

As the Human Resources and General Affairs Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You'll be responsible for managing and developing HRGA strategies, collaborating closely with management teams across regions. Your expertise will guide the development of training programs, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented. Additionally, you'll manage general affairs functions such as building management and employee facilities. What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources and General Affairs Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the HR field along with a degree in HR, Law or Psychology. Your deep understanding of Indonesian Labour law will be crucial in this role. You possess excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Your hands-on approach coupled with your solution-oriented mindset allows you to tackle challenges head-on. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role.

  • Degree in HR, Law, Psychology or any discipline from a reputable university
  • At least 15 years of experience in the HR field
