What you'll do:

As the People & Organisation Lead, you will play an integral role in shaping the human resources landscape of our client's operations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, your responsibilities will span across various facets of HR, from recruitment and selection to compensation & benefits, payroll, and learning & development. You will be instrumental in developing a country program HR strategy that aligns with the organisation's broader objectives. Your expertise will ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while fostering an environment conducive to talent growth.

  • Manage a comprehensive range of HR functions including recruitment, business partnering, compensation & benefits, payroll and learning & development
  • Develop a country program HR strategy that aligns with the organisation's regional and global aims
  • Ensure all HR procedures comply with labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with function managers to identify talent and translate business strategies into talent strategies for business development
  • Provide professional advice and support to senior management for resolving all HR related issues
  • Execute annual manpower budget and staff cost budget control

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the People & Organisation Lead position brings extensive experience in the HR field, coupled with strong leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology or relevant fields is required. You should possess deep knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations. As an agile and independent practitioner, you demonstrate strong initiative in achieving company objectives. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading strategic projects is crucial. Fluency in English is also essential.

  • At least 12 years of experience in the HR field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology or relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations
  • Agile and independent practitioner with strong initiative to achieve company objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead strategic projects while maintaining a practical approach
  • Fluency in English
