This role, based in Cikarang, offers the opportunity to be part of the Country Supply Chain Leadership Team and play a crucial role in partnering with leaders.

The successful candidate will have the chance to shape and own the People Agenda, delivering the 2024 People Plan across Talent, Organisation, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Labour Strategy and Culture. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our client's manufacturing division, you will be instrumental in delivering their People Agenda. You will work closely with the Country Supply Chain Leadership Team to implement HR programmes and strategies that drive performance and success. Your ability to identify and analyse business and people issues will be key to your role. You will build strong relationships within the leadership team and wider HR community, demonstrating your commitment to supporting people. Your role will involve juggling multiple topics within a matrix structure and cross-functional networks.

  • Shape and own the People Agenda to deliver the 2024 People plan across Talent, Organization, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Labor Strategy and Culture

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role brings eight years of experience as an HR Leader. You are familiar with Indonesian Labour law and have demonstrated your ability to match business requirements with HR services. Your experience in a fast-paced international environment has honed your stakeholder management skills. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a knack for effective organisation. Your hands-on, solution-oriented approach sets you apart, and your strong ownership mindset ensures that you are always proactive in supporting people.

  • Five until eight years of experience as a HRBP
  • Familiarity with Indonesian Labour law
