About the Senior HR&GA Manager (Retail F&B) Role: Reporting to the Directors, you will play a key role in the organisation's continued development and success in its Indonesia office.
Design, develop and improve HR programmes and initiatives
Identify needs in training, recruitment and talent development and ensure alignment with the regional group's policies and procedures
Handle day-to-day operational HR functions and duties includes recruitment and payroll
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Enforce HR standards and regulations
Oversee office administration matters
To succeed in this Senior HR&GA Manager (F&B Retail) job, you will need to have the proven track record in handling HR operations in large organisation (more than 1000 employees) within F&B and/or hospitality industries.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or related field of study
Minimum of eight years of corporate experience in HR within food and beverage and/or hospitality industries
Fluent in both writing and spoken Bahasa and English
Extensive knowledge in local labour law
Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner
