About the Recruitment Consultant - Human Resources Role: As the Recruitment Consultant - Human Resources with us, you will be part of a team of recruiters who are specialist in their niche markets. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, providing an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike.
Identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments
Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs
Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting
Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients
Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships
Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements
Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality and results
To succeed in this Recruitment Consultant-Human Resources role, you need to have a sales-oriented mindset, strong business development and a sharp relationship management.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Five years of experience in a human resources roles or in a sales/business development environment
Dynamic, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sales targets
Must be fluent in English and Bahasa
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
Proactiveness and commercial acumen
Strong team working skills – enjoy sharing information and building robust relationships
Initiative it takes to make sound decisions and recommend innovative solutions
