Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field of study
Minimum of 10 years as HR Generalist in well-established corporate within B2B sectors
Fluent in both writing and spoken Bahasa and English
Strong stakeholder management
Thorough knowledge in local labour law
