Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in the organisation's continued development and success in its Indonesia office. You will be responsible for both strategy and implementation of end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and improve HR fundamental, programmes and initiatives
• Identify needs in training, recruitment and talent development and ensure alignment with the regional group's policies and procedures
• Handle day-to-day operational HR functions and duties includes recruitment and payroll
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Enforce HR standards and regulations
• Oversee office administration matters

To succeed in this HR Manager (Healthcare) job, you will need to have proven track record in setting up HR fundamentals from the ground up.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field of study
• Minimum of 10 years as HR Generalist in well-established corporate within B2B sectors
• Fluent in both writing and spoken Bahasa and English
• Strong stakeholder management
• Thorough knowledge in local labour law
