Reporting to the Country Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the HR department in areas of operations and oversee recruitment, office administration, projects and other functions effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR requirements from strategic to operational and administrative aspects
• Provide guidance and advisory to senior stakeholders in areas of compensation and benefits, employee engagement, business partnering, performance management and HR reporting matters
• Address basic employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, especially those specific to the pharmaceutical industry
• Manage HR system for data entry and reporting
• Responsible for the preparation of reports, execution and implementations of HR projects and initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related fields, with a minimum of eight years' experience in human resource and office administration
