About the HR Manager (based in Bitung, Tangerang) Role:
In this critical role, you will develop and manage the end-to-end HR, business partnering, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee engagement, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with functional leaders at the Bitung Plant, offering guidance and support on HR-related issues
• Ensure the implementation of HR Policies at the Bitung Plant, encompassing areas like organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, promotions, performance management, and more
• Address potential employee relations and compliance issues, including investigations and resolution of problems, disciplinary actions, grievances, and regulatory compliance
• Work with the Training Department to plan and execute training programmes, monitor their effectiveness, and promote Company Core Values among employees
• Manage various HR administration and services
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to leaders for compliance
• Generate periodic reports to meet organisational needs (weekly, monthly, semester, and yearly)
• Analyse employee reports (e.g. compensation, job levels, attrition) and offer proactive solutions to enhance organisational performance

To succeed in this HR Manager (based in Bitung, Tangerang) job, you must have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with the senior management team and all employees.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or other related fields
• Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years' HR working experience with three years as an HR Manager, preferably within manufacturing companies
• Passionate about people, ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of different people and at all levels in the organisation
• Strong leadership and people management skills with good problem identification and problem solving skills
• Display proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian
