About the HRBP (Energy) Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, you will maintain and enhance the organisation’s human resources by develop and implement people strategy through execution of people's strategy.
Support the business and execution of end-to-end HR functions includes talent acquisition, performance management, compensation benefits and industrial relations
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure area of responsibility is appropriately organised
Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations, and all other relevant topics
Execute HR priorities and align with region and global people strategy
To succeed in this HRBP (Energy) role, you must have at least eight years of relevant HR experience in the manufacturing industry in global or multinational companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Psychology or any relevant fields
Proven track record as HRBP in global companies with matrix reporting
Strong in stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
Good knowledge of local Employment and Labour law
