About the HR&GA Director (Manufacturing) Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and matrix to Group CHRO, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and GA functions and as strategic business partner with the management in driving, supporting and implementing HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR and GA operations in Jakarta and several sites across Indonesia
• Drive recruitment and talent management strategy as well as implementation
• Review and implement compensation benefit structure
• Act as a strategic business partner to the country leadership team
• Advise and counsel regarding labour law, grievances, disputes and disciplinary issues

To succeed in this HR&GA Director (Manufacturing) role, you will need to have proven track record in leading HR functions within multinational manufacturing industries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Management, Engineering or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in HR and five years in leadership role
• Strategic thinker and able to execute corporate goals in HR strategy
• Readiness to travel frequently to sites in Sumatra
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
