About the HR Manager (Retail) Role: Reporting to the HR SEA Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR in the Indonesia office, which includes manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, performance management, training and development and employee relations.

Design, develop and improve HR programmes and initiatives
Identify needs in training, recruitment and talent development and ensure alignment with the regional group's policies and procedures

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field of study
Minimum of six to eight years' corporate experience as HR Manager in retail industries
Fluency in both writing and spoken Bahasa and English
Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner
