About the HR and Operations Advisor Role: In this critical role, you will develop and manage the organisation’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, organisation development, and employee relations programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate HR strategy and implementation in compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development as well as performance management
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure right talent is in place for the organisation
Provide both strategic and day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
Actively manage employee services such as on-boarding, off-boarding, employee communication and employee leaves
Handle HR operations in relation to the office management and general affairs matters
To succeed in this HR and Operations Advisor job, you must have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior management teams.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant fields
Minimum of nine years' work experience in consulting and/or law firms
Excellent analytical thinking, relationship-building and communication skills
Excellent speaking and writing skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
