About the Site HR Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape within the company. You will also drive the HR strategy and initiatives that directly impact the operational performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining targets and deploying improvement plans.
• Leading the deployment of HR tools, processes, and policies, and coaching managers.
• Ensuring the respect of all Health, Security, and Environment conditions.
• Acting as a Leader for the HR team by developing individual and collective performance.
• Building and deploying the communication and change management plan related to the HR Strategy.
• Ensuring strong relationships with external stakeholders and other representatives linked to HR.

To succeed in this Site HR Manager job, you must have at least 15 years of relevant HR experience in the manufacturing industry in global or multinational companies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Law, HR Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide the HR team and influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record as HR Generalist or HRBP in global companies.
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong background in Labour Union Management and CLA Negotiation.
