About the HRBP (based in Bekasi) Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR , you will maintain and enhance the organisation’s human resources by developing and implementing people strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement HR transformation projects for Indonesia together with regional office
• Support the business and execution of end-to-end HR functions includes recruitment, talent management, industrial relations and compensation benefits
• Advise business leaders and management team on HR related issues align with company's objectives

To succeed in this HRBP (based in Bekasi) role, you must have at least 10 years of relevant HR experience in the manufacturing industry in global or multinational companies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Psychology or any relevant fields
• Proven track record as HRBP in global companies with matrix reporting
• Familiarity with HR transformation projects
• Strong in stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
• Good knowledge of local Employment and Labour law
