About the HR Supervisor Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will the primary senior HR key contact for Business Service leaders in rolling out HR policies and processes; and supervising the local HR team.
Drive and implement the end-to-end employee life cycle by providing talent engagement, advisory and administrative assistance to the HR team, Business Leaders and employees.
Execute recruitment strategy including coordinating with reputable universities for fresh graduate hires and with partners for lateral hires (where applicable)
Responsible for recruitment of trainees, including posting job advertisement, screening and extending offers
Manage compensation benefit as well learning and development
Handle HR operational and employees' queries
To succeed in the HR Supervisor job, you will need to have proven track record for HR operational in multinational consulting firms.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology and/or other relevant field
Three until five years of work experience in multinational consulting firms
Excellent analytical-thinking, relationship-building and communication skills
Fluency in speaking and writing Bahasa and English
