About the HR Manager (EPC Contractor) Role:
Reporting to the President Director, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions in the Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Drive compensation and benefit strategy as well as payroll
• Work closely with Senior Management and become a business partner
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

To succeed in the HR Manager (EPC Contractor) job, you will need to have solid experience in end-to-end HR within the oil and gas industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields
• Minimum of six years of experience an HR generalist in energy (oil and gas) industries
• Thorough knowledge of labour law
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy
