About the HR Lead Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead and drive HR strategy and advise the business leaders regarding HR policies, procedures and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business leaders to drive people strategy and ensure its alignment with business strategy
• Provide a full range of HR services, payroll, recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits
• Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital
• Develop talent management strategy includes succession planning, performance management
• Handle entire HR operations and ensure legal compliance within the process
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Lead employer branding strategy to attract top talents

To succeed in this HR Lead role, you must have 10 years of experience in managerial level within professional services and/or consulting firms.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management and/or business
• Proven track record in leading the HR function in global consulting firms
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Thorough knowledge in manpower regulation and compliance
• Driven and familiar with a fast-paced work environment
