About the HR Manager (Retail) Role:
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will play a key role in the organisation's continued development and success in its Indonesia office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and improve HR programmes and initiatives
- Identify needs in training, recruitment and talent development and ensure alignment with the regional group's policies and procedures
- Handle day-to-day operational HR functions and duties includes recruitment and payroll
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
- Enforce HR standards and regulations
- Oversee office administration matters
To succeed in this HR Manager (Retail) job, you will need to have the ability to work and navigate independently within a matrix organisation across different global business
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or related field of study
- Minimum of five to eight years of corporate experience in a similar position or industry
- Fluent in both writing and spoken Bahasa and English
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner
