About the Senior HRBP Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will develop and manage the organisation’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, organisation development, and employee relations programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate HR strategy and implementation in compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development as well as performance management
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure right talent is in place for the organisation
• Provide both strategic and day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
• Actively manage employee services like on boarding, off boarding, employee communication and employee leave

To succeed in the Senior HRBP job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology and/or other relevant field
• A minimum of five years of work experience in consulting firms
• Excellent analytical-thinking, relationship-building and communication skills
• Fluency in speaking and writing Bahasa and English
