About the GM HR Role:
Reporting to the Director, this position is responsible for the company’s human resources strategy, framework and systems, ensuring they are aligned with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic human resources leadership to the executive management and the human resources functions in the operation
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organisations goals and strategy
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organisations human resource compliance and strategy needs
• Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organisations mission and talent strategy

To succeed in this GM HR role, you must have 15 years of solid HR experience including three years at General Manager level within hospitality and/or retail industries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field
• Proven track experience in leading HR within a large-sized organisation in the retail and/or hospitality industries
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Solid knowledge of human resources best practices and statutory requirements
• Readiness to travel
