About the HR Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the VP of HR, The HR Manager will play a key role in the HR team's continued development and success in its Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and improve HR programmes and initiatives
• Identify needs in training, recruitment and talent development and ensure alignment with the regional group's policies and procedures
• Handle day-to-day operational HR functions and duties
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Enforce HR standards and regulations
• Be involved in GA-related matter

To succeed in this HR Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work and navigate independently and have a minimum eight years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree human resources, business administration, psychology or related field of study
• Fluent in both writing and spoken Bahasa and English
• Willing to work on the weekend
• Proven track record in leading a team
• Proven track record in end-to-end HR includes learning and development, talent management
