About the HR Senior Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee the whole HR function in the organisation as well as define a bespoke people agenda in line with their business plan and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive culture initiatives that embody the companies vision and values, as well as aligning these with the projected growth and scale that is expected in the coming years
• Establish HR policies as well as review internal HR workflow and adjustment accordingly
• Define clear and efficient processes to ensure clarity for everyone on ways of working
• Liaise with the regulator whenever required
• Ensure all activities and behaviour within the organisation are aligned with organisational culture
• Analyse the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process

To succeed in this HR Senior Manager role, you will need to have proven track record as an HR Generalist in financial services sectors (banking and/or insurance).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant field
• Minimum of eight years' extensive experience in the HR field within the financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organisation
• Proactive, communicative and approachable
• Thorough knowledge in compensation benefit and labour law
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
