About the HRBP Manager Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will assist in aligning the organisation’s people strategy with its business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with management to review organisational structure, job analysis and company business strategy
• Build a strong relationship with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity
• Analyse human resources data, highlight areas of concern and work with relevant parties on formulating and implementing effective solutions
• Drive the deployment of HR programmes, tools and strategy, ensure organisations understanding and meaningful deployment
• Identify talent in every department and ensure talent development process is aligned with organisational needs

To succeed in this HRBP Manager job, you will need to have proven track record as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner within FMCG or consumer health industries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management or other relevant fields
• 10 years of experience in a similar role within global or multinational companies
• Proven track record in employee relations and industrial relations functions
• Exposed to complex and matrix organisation with diverse stakeholders
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English
