About the HRGA (Japanese Real Estate) Role:
This is an opportunity to be part of Global Japanese Holding Company – Real Estate company and work with some of the smartest people in their fields and specialities in Jakarta, Indonesia as a HRGA Supervisor (Japanese Real Estate). You will plan, develop, implement and administer HR programmes for company employees focusing on stabilising company operations in terms of human resource (HR) and general affairs (GA). This position is also responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives You will have ample opportunity to flex and hone in on your interpersonal communication skills, and collaborate with great leadership teams in Thamrin, Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on stabilising company operations in terms of human resource (HR) and general affairs (GA)
• Train employees under HR and GA department
• Expand its organisation in multiple departments by hiring new staff
• Be in charge of window with agent and candidates, delivering suggestion to managements
• Administrate appraisal and promotion of employees
• Supervise existing general affairs department

To succeed in this HRGA (Japanese Real Estate), you will need the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams and across borders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• 10 - 15 years of experience in HR departments such as HR development and operation
• Strong recruitment background
• Good analytical thinking and business awareness
• Proficiency in English is compulsory
• Placement: Thamrin, Jakarta
