Senior HRBP

About the Senior HRBP Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units within Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
• Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

To succeed in the Senior HRBP job, you will need to have solid experience in end-to-end HR and business partnering within global technology start-up companies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 15 years' experience as an HR generalist and HRBP
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a start-up environment
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy
