HRBP

About the HRBP Role:
In this role you will be responsible for driving all people activities by managing the end-to-end HR process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out HR work such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation and performance management of the local company
• Promote the implementation of corporate culture and policies in local companies, support the implementation of various HR projects and processes in the local area
• Responsible for the implementation and optimisation the entry and departure process of local staff
• Maintain and update HR system data in time, support HR system improvement and perfection
• Conduct regular HR data analysis and reporting

To succeed in this role, you must at least have a bachelor's degree with over five years of experience in the HR field, with experience in a multinational company.

Key Requirements:

• HR-related experience in a large IT/internet company is preferred
• Knowledge of basic work in each HR module, familiar with recruiting and HR daily operations, familiar with local HR policies and regulations
• Strong English language skills, knowledge of Mandarin is an added value as the candidate is required to work with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Pressure resistant and strong interpersonal skills
