Our client, a well-established local company, is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs within the group to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. What you'll do:
As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, your role will be central to the success of our client's business objectives. You will take full ownership of reward processes including payroll, salary review, bonus allocation, job grading and harmonisation. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity. You will also oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the HRIS to support compensation, benefits, and broader HR functions. Furthermore, you will manage the reward aspect of all People policies while developing policy and other contractual documents.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Head of Compensation & Benefits role brings a wealth of skills to the table. You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field. Your strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies sets you apart from others. You have hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software. Your good analytical skills are complemented by your familiarity with labour legislation. Above all else, your excellent communication skills coupled with strong influencing abilities make you a standout candidate.
