This role offers the chance to shape and implement rewards and compensation benefit strategies, while also overseeing HR operations and People Services. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Rewards, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence within the organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in rewards and compensation benefit functions, ideally from Retail and FMCG companies.

What you'll do:

As a Head of Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the rewards and compensation benefits strategy of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing policies that provide clear guidance, while also ensuring that all HR operations are executed accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will extend beyond just policy-making; you will also oversee HR employee services, driving operational excellence across the board. With your strong stakeholder management skills and data-driven approach, you will be instrumental in steering the company towards its strategic goals.

  • Design and develop clear and governed compensation policies and procedures
  • Implement comprehensive reward strategies that align with the company's objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll and other HR operations functions
  • Oversee HR employee services to drive operational excellence within the organisation
  • Collaborate closely with the People & Culture Directors to ensure alignment of rewards strategy with overall business goals
  • Stay updated on local labour laws to ensure compliance in all HR operations

What you bring:

The ideal Head of Rewards will bring a wealth of experience in HR rewards function from Retail and FMCG companies. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance or other relevant fields. A minimum of 12 years' experience in this field is required, including five years in a leadership role. Your strong stakeholder management skills will enable you to effectively communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation. A data-driven approach to decision making is essential, as is an excellent command of both Bahasa and English.

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, finance or other relevant fields
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR rewards function, including five years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in handling more than 1000 headcounts in fast-paced organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence at all levels
  • Data-driven approach to decision making
  • In-depth knowledge of local labour law
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
