This role offers the chance to shape and implement rewards and compensation benefit strategies, while also overseeing HR operations. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence within the organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in rewards and compensation benefit functions, ideally from consulting and FMCG companies.

What you'll do:

As a Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the rewards and compensation benefits strategy of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing policies that provide clear guidance, while also ensuring that all HR operations are executed accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will extend beyond just policy-making; you will also oversee HR employee services, driving operational excellence across the board. With your strong stakeholder management skills and data-driven approach, you will be instrumental in steering the company towards its strategic goals.

  • Design and develop clear and governed compensation policies and procedures
  • Implement comprehensive reward strategies that align with the company's objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll and other HR operations functions
  • Oversee HR employee services to drive operational excellence within the organisation
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Director to ensure alignment of rewards strategy with overall business goals
  • Stay updated on local labour laws to ensure compliance in all HR operations

What you bring:

The ideal Rewards Manager will bring a wealth of experience in HR rewards function from consulting and FMCG companies. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance or other relevant fields. A minimum of 10 years' experience in this field is required, including five years in a leadership role. Your strong stakeholder management skills will enable you to effectively communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation. A data-driven approach to decision making is essential, as is an excellent command of both Bahasa and English.
