About the Head of Rewards Role: Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for design and implementation of rewards and compensation benefit strategies as well as HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop compensation policies and procedures to provide clear guidance and governance
Implement comprehensive reward strategies
Ensure payroll and other HR operations functions are executed accurately and in timely manner
Oversee HR employee services and drive operational excellence
To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven track record in rewards and compensation benefit functions from consulting, corporate and/or start-up technology companies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance or other relevant fields
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR rewards function and five years in a leadership role
Strong stakeholder management and data-driven
Knowledgeable in local labour law
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
