Chief Operating Officer - Tech

An exciting and well-funded startup is seeking a Chief Operating Officer - Tech. In this job, you will join their headquarters in Jakarta.

About the Chief Operating Officer - Tech Role:
Based in Jakarta, you will be a key member of the senior management team reporting only to CEO, maintaining control of diverse business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational launch of products/features
• Develop and execute an integrated go-to-market plan for the product, including feature roll-out, product positioning and routes to market
• Work with finance to develop a pricing model that ensures P&L, market share and customer satisfaction targets are achieved
• Lead with strategy and data departments to establish agreed mix of pricing, marketing programmes, direct sales, and channel partners
• Manage and direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals
• Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives
• Work in partnership with the management team and board of directors, create the strategic five year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it
• Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Interface with IT engineering and IT operations to ensure appropriate systems are in place to achieve goals
• Fill management gaps by building and training individuals in each operating team

To succeed in this Chief Operating Officer - Tech role, you will need to be an expert in defining and scaling operational processes, both internally and with external partners.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. An MBA or master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with progressive general management responsibilities in the technology industry in a high-paced, rapid growth environment
• Business line management experience in launching new technology products, and scaling for growth and profitability
• Expertise defining and scaling operational processes, both internally and with external partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a manner that focuses the team and drives results
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, legal, marketing, data and strategy
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
