About the Customer Care Project Manager Role:
In this role, you will be in charge of delivering projects both locally and regionally.
- Driving the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality
- Leading and collaborating efficiently among cross-functional team and departments, both locally and regionally
- Managing and reporting timelines and deliverables
- Communicating with direct report on status, risks, and results
- Defining the business requirements and high level process/workforce solutions
- Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently, as necessary to allow proper corrective actions/decisions
- Deliver new initiatives to improve customer experience and operations efficiency
- Take insight and prioritise to design the best solution for customers
- Define project workplan, roadmap, and key success criteria
- Constantly feedback to Customer Care on functions strategies and campaigns to ensure the alignment
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management/Business Studies/Economics/Information System or related fields
- Over five years' experience in project management, process improvements or related jobs
- PMP certified is a plus
- International experience required
- Excellent leadership, management, analytical, problem solving, data driven, negotiations, and systematical
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
