What you'll do:
As General Manager – Conservation and Resort Hospitality, you will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for one of the organisation’s flagship business units. - Take full responsibility for profit and loss management as well as cash flow oversight for your assigned business unit location.
- Direct daily operations across theme parks, wildlife conservation zones, food and beverage facilities, and resort hospitality services to ensure seamless integration.
- Implement regular audits and inspections while driving process improvements to achieve operational excellence throughout all departments.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experience, streamlining processes, and supporting sustainable growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations by conducting risk assessments and fostering a culture of safety among all staff members.
- Champion talent acquisition strategies focused on attracting top talent while also prioritising retention, motivation, and ongoing professional development within your teams.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business unit objectives with broader organisational goals related to conservation, education, and recreation.
