About the CEO (Mining) Role:
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing mining concessions, evaluating potential M&A opportunities, ensuring financial soundness, managing operational sites, and providing strong leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and strategise the company's mining concessions, including potential M&A opportunities
• Analyse financial statements and drive financial performance (P&L, EBITDA)
• Manage fully operated mine sites, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Evaluate market conditions and develop optimal selling strategies
• Mentor, lead, and manage a diverse team to foster collaboration and growth
• Make informed strategic decisions based on industry trends, market dynamics, and competition
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, licenses, and permits
• Engage with the owner to align strategies and drive growth

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of mining operations and trading, excellent financial acumen, and effective team management skills.
