About the CEO - Start-up/Global Role:
The financial services market is undergoing a fundamental disruption driven by changing customer needs, technology and emerging competition. Based in Jakarta and reporting to the Global CEO, you will help to collaborate with the existing Indonesian BU, and partner with third party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the monetisation strategy
• Improve and further build the technology
• Accelerate digital marketing
• Drive product innovation and development
• Pursue partnerships
• Drive strategy and planning, including financially

The role is ideal for someone who has the right mix of leadership capabilities, and drive to build a new digital services business in Indonesia.

Key Requirements:

• Local market knowledge in Indonesia and fluent in Indonesia Bahasa language skills
• Experience building a tech start-up
• A true entrepreneur having built a business from zero, hiring the founding team to develop the product, technology, relationship and partnerships, etc.
• Experience with digital consumer engagement apps
• Possible background in management consultancy and/or big tech
