Country Manager - Cashless Technology

A global leader in cash technology solutions is recruiting for a Country Manager - Cashless Technology job to be based in Jakarta. The successful candidate will have end-to-end operational and business development responsibility for the Indonesian business.

About the Country Manager - Cashless Technology Role:
The objective is to partner with existing distributors and to help drive the overall sales of the Indonesian operation

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end operational responsibility
• Managing the existing workforce and recruitment
• Business development (large focus)
• Driving the overall growth of their Indonesian footprint

To succeed in this Country Manager - Cashless Technology role, you must have experience in an MNC environment and full responsibility for an entire market.

Key Requirements:

• Degree and MBA qualified (desirable)
• At least 15 years' relevant experience
• An established network and a strong background in selling a similar product, e.g. cash technology solutions or experience within a hardware vendor
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa
• Executive presence, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
