About the Head of Credit Risk Role:
Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute to achieve profitable and sustainable growth in the frame of this company's group strategy through development and implementation of a proper credit strategy and a strong focus on customer centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and coordinate operational targets to each Risk Information and Claims teams
• Prioritise tasks – projects
• Take responsibility in implementing a risk action plan for unprofitable policies
• Take responsibility in implementing reporting, group credit rules, KPI and Risk Business Model (RBM)
• Develop proprietary information
• Be responsible for the quality of the underwriting
• Participate in high-level local events with policy holders and brokers

To succeed in this Head of Credit Risk role, you will need to possess strong technical skills including industry/business/financial analysis, valuation, and modelling skills.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge in main business unit business industries
• Strong business/finance assessment skills
• In-depth knowledge and experience in underwriting and information grading
• High level of commercial awareness and customer service
• In-depth knowledge of the contractual parameters
• Knowledge of the claims and collection procedures
