The employment is under private equity that carries significant percentage of interest of the investees (a credit scoring company). There is a possibility that the role is going to be expanded to other investees as well under financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and baselining
• Idea and synergies analysis
• New idea generation
• PMO and idea implementation

To succeed in this SVP Business Banking job, you will need good skills in strategy and leadership.

Key Requirements:

• At least eight years' professional experience in retail banking with a mix of business or strategy consulting, restructuring or profound experience in the transformation of business functions for corporates
• Master's degree or MBA will be considered a strong asset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a precise way of working
• Experience with managing complex business projects, such as carve-outs, post merger integration projects, corporate transformation projects or value creation projects
• Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong people and leadership skills (including cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development and coaching)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
