What you'll do:
As the Head of Cash Operation Management, your primary responsibility will be managing cash operations for Indonesia. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of evolving industry trends for core operations products and processes. Your role will involve managing the Cash Operations team in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, developing talent within your team, providing oversight for production controls and escalations, driving issue resolution around any challenges that arise during execution of initiatives, executing transformation agendas to build scalable operations, working closely with stakeholders to improve production stabilities.
* Manage Cash Operations team in Indonesia and lead the team in delivering excellent support to business and client.
* Ensure team process and control compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
* Develop talent within the Cash Operations team and manage team capacity and talent succession plan.
* Provide oversight for adequate production controls and escalations, proactively managing internal and external audits.
* Drive consistent, standardized, efficient risk and control standards as well as regulatory compliance.
* Execute Cash operations transformation agenda to build scalable and sustainable operations while achieving cost targets.
* Work closely with stakeholders and IT partners to improve production stabilities.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Head of Cash Operation Management position will bring over 12 years' experience from a financial services organisation, preferably from a tier 1 corporate banking environment. You should possess strong technical and commercial understanding of Operations Products as well as Operations processes. Any knowledge on automation toolkit and Robotic Process Automation would be an advantage. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role along with the ability to manage multiple teams across different geographies. You should be able to understand different business processes across cash functions, especially in the Asia Pacific region. An entrepreneurial mindset and proven skills in managing risk within an operational setup will set you apart.
* Minimum 12 years’ experience in a financial services organization preferably in a tier 1 corporate bank environment with experience in Cash and Payments-related Products & Operations.
* Strong technical and commercial understanding of Operations Products as well as Operations processes.
* Knowledge of automation toolkit and Robotic Process Automation would be advantageous.
* Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple teams across geography.
* Ability to understand different business processes across cash functions especially in the Asia Pacific region.
* Entrepreneurial thinking with proven skills in managing risk within an operational setup.
