An exciting roles as the Head Of POS (Customer and Operation Centrist),is available in a leading financial services company in Indonesia to be based in Jakarta.
As Head Of POS (Customer and Operation Centrist) you will be responsible to maintain the after sales services to the customers.
The other main responsibilities are:
- Managing all the sections under POS such as; Policy Owner Services- Customer Relation, Policy Owner Services- Financial, Policy Owner Services- Administration, Policy Owner Services- Service Quality & Sales Offices
- Enhancing the processes and procedures within department to improve efficiency, effectiveness, competitiveness and delight customers
- Plan and re-deploy manpower among sections whenever necessary to meet unexpected transaction volume surge
- Develop subordinate's skill and knowledge in processing, administration and system handling
- Ensure compliance of data security and confidentiality policy within department
- Develop competency of team members to ensure they can perform consistently as expected
To succeed for this role, you must have passion to always deliver the best service to the customers as well as able to lead the department to strive for the excellence.
The other key requirements are:
- Proven track record of 5 years of experience as Head of POS/ Customer Service with strong Life Insurance background
- Have a leadership skill to maintain and manage the subordinates to deliver the best result
- No helicopter view, detailed person is a must
- Must be persistence to always achieve the target given by the management
