About the Investment Professional Role:

Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute in driving profitable and sustainable growth within the organisation, aligning with the group's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Perform detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment for potential investment opportunities spanning various sectors, such as infrastructure, real estate, technology, and more

• Due Diligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including market research, legal and regulatory assessments, and financial viability analysis

• Market Research: Stay informed about global and domestic market trends, emerging industries, and competitive landscapes to identify potential investment areas aligned with INA's investment strategy

• Strategic Recommendations: Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to guide investment decisions and portfolio management activities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with external partners, investment institutions, and industry experts to gather valuable insights and facilitate potential investment collaborations

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders to effectively communicate investment proposals and progress.

• Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and managing the performance of existing investments, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for value enhancement

To succeed in this Investment Professional role, you will need to possess strong technical skills including industry/business/financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is an advantage

• Minimum of two years' experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a related field

• Proficiency in conducting intricate financial modelling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment, with a strong command of quantitative skills

• Demonstrated capability in conducting thorough due diligence, market research, and industry analysis to support investment decisions

• Sound understanding of investment principles, market trends, and financial instruments

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Effective collaboration skills to work within a team-driven environment while managing multiple tasks under deadlines

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
